BJ Tan & The B♭ Band

A fun fusion collective comprised of experienced performers and emerging academic jazz talent equipped with a unique blend of easy-listening instrumentals across jazz standards, city pop hits, video game tunes, anime music, smooth jazz, and other "fused" genres. Whether it's songs involving Tatsuro Yamashita's work, iconic Nintendo tunes, or oldies-but-goodies like "The Girl From Ipanema," it's our passion and privilege to be able to perform the music we personally enjoy in a style both faithful to the original yet seasoned with our own creative handiwork.
